HARTZ Search invites you to explore an exciting opportunity with our client, Bon Secours Mercy Health, Bon Secours Richmond for a Vice President, Human Resources Strategic Partner (HRSP). The VP, HRSP serves as the lead HR Strategic Partner for BSMH Large sized markets, including responsibility for acute care and medical group partnership, is the System lead for Shared Services, Medical Group or responsible for oversight of several small and medium sized markets. The partner ensures leadership awareness and local change management approach of standard HR program delivery and initiatives throughout the year. Coordinates HR COE strategic solutions on client specific work. With an agile approach to work, this role develops and leads HR strategic solutions for Major system-wide initiatives with $10M+ in impact, the largest projects impacting (2000+) associates, M&A implementation lead for a project, subsidiary, and segmentation strategy for business units. Partners with clients to develop org design solutions and works with the Talent Management team on talent to value strategy for placement decisions in OD work and supports level 3 (most complex) change projects for the ministry. Clients include senior leaders for the organization, Group and Market leaders and Innovation and subsidiary leaders. Responsible for their own portfolio of work and provides leadership, coaching and mentoring of director and associate level strategic partners.

- Reports dually to Corporate VP, HR Strategic Solutions & M&A and Market President
- 4 Direct Reports
- BSMH is a Workday system
- Education: Required Bachelors; preferred Masters
- Experience: 7-10 years’ experience in progressive leadership responsibility
