President & CEO
Michael’s diverse background in Executive and Physician Search has given him unique experience in working with executives and physicians within the Healthcare and Higher Education industries. During his 15 years in Executive Search, Michael has successfully recruited over 200 executives and physicians nationwide. He has used his background in customer service, business operations and knowledge of national healthcare market trends in recruitment, practice management and physician services to solidify his track-record in recruiting for healthcare systems, facilities and physician practices ranging in size from small rural to large medical centers. Dedicated to building relationships through partnership, Michael has developed an extensive network of industry leading executives, nationwide. Pursuing a dual MHA/MBA from Pfeifer University, Michael continues to strive to use his skills in Executive Search to foster better environments in healthcare and higher education to ultimately elevate the Executive Search industry.
Ms. Maxwell has 30 years of experience working with executive leadership to solve business issues through working with their teams to reach their potential. She has a depth in healthcare service organizations ranging from large academic medical centers, community hospitals, for-profit and not-for-profit as well faith based health systems.
Executive Search Coordinator
Jen is an experienced Manager and Coordinator with a history of working in the customer service industry. She has substantial skills in on-boarding, training and development, statistical data analysis, operational functions, employee relations, and sales. Jen is a strong Human Resources and Talent professional with a Bachelor’s degree focused in I/O Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has received her Professional Recruiter Certification through AIRS. Jen is currently pursuing her Associate Professional Human Resources Certification through the Employers’ Association in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Talent Sourcer & Research Associate
Thao's background in various Healthcare roles include managing and training staff and development of education programs with a focus on patient care. Additional, she has experience in Physician Recruitment and highly specialized research and candidate sourcing skills with over 5 years of experience with Talent and Recruitment for various organizations. Thao holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee.
Director of Business Development & Interim Services
Jordan directs new business development efforts on behalf of HARTZ|Search. With a background in high-level sales and team development, Jordan leads the West Coast team for HARTZ|Search and is instrumental in building and maintaining client partnerships.
Chief Experience Officer
Alison coordinates all business activities and technologies ensuring every client and candidate of HARTZ|Search is supported and satisfied with all aspects of our search process. Alison’s background includes strong business operations and process improvement experience with over 20 years of delivering top Customer Service.
Research Operations Coordinator
Katie leads our team of sourcing professionals and coordinates the operations of the recruitment team at HARTZ|Search. Katie has over 10 years of experience in Executive Search, supporting large, fast-paced recruitment teams in various industries including IT, HealthCare, and TeleCommunications.
