President & CEO
Michael’s diverse background in Executive and Physician Search has given him unique experience in working with executives and physicians within the Healthcare and Higher Education industries. During his 15 years in Executive Search, Michael has successfully recruited over 200 executives and physicians nationwide. He has used his background in customer service, business operations and knowledge of national healthcare market trends in recruitment, practice management and physician services to solidify his track-record in recruiting for healthcare systems, facilities and physician practices ranging in size from small rural to large medical centers. Dedicated to building relationships through partnership, Michael has developed an extensive network of industry leading executives, nationwide. Pursuing a dual MHA/MBA from Pfeifer University, Michael continues to strive to use his skills in Executive Search to foster better environments in healthcare and higher education to ultimately elevate the Executive Search industry.
Ms. Maxwell has 30 years of experience working with executive leadership to solve business issues through working with their teams to reach their potential. She has a depth in healthcare service organizations ranging from large academic medical centers, community hospitals, for-profit and not-for-profit as well faith based health systems.
Executive Search Coordinator – Charlotte
Jen is an experienced Manager and Coordinator with a history of working in the customer service industry. She has substantial skills in on-boarding, training and development, statistical data analysis, operational functions, employee relations, and sales.
Jen is Professional Recruiter Certified through AIRS with roots in customer service and consumer goods. Jen has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in I/O Psych from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has additional certifications in Human Resources Fundamentals, Recruitment and Selection Strategies, Employment Law, Benefits Administration, and HR Employee Relations. Jen is looking to pursue her aPHR certification in the upcoming year. Jen’s goal in studying workplace psychology and human resources is to ensure everyone has the best possible working environment that promotes collaborating and cohesion; after all, teamwork makes the dream work.
Executive Search Coordinator – Dallas
Macy's experience as a Consultant has given her many skills in client relations, project management, data analytics, and customer service. Previously, Macy held a role as an implementation consultant for Talent Management systems, specializing in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Macy earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
Director of Recruitment & Network Development
As the Director of Recruitment & Network Development, Jordan directs the Emerging Leaders /Rising Talent services line for HARTZ Search and leads new business development efforts focusing on candidate and interim professional relationships. With a background in high-level sales and team development, Jordan leads the West Coast team for HARTZ Search and is instrumental in building and maintaining client partnerships.
Chief Experience Officer
Alison coordinates all business activities and technologies ensuring every client and candidate of HARTZ Search is supported and satisfied with all aspects of our search process. Alison’s background includes strong business operations and process improvement experience with over 20 years of delivering top Customer Service. Alison obtained her Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech with an emphasis on Business Administration, Marketing, and Consumer Studies.
Research Operations Coordinator
Katie leads our team of sourcing professionals and coordinates the operations of the recruitment team at HARTZ|Search. Katie has over 10 years of experience in Executive Search, supporting large, fast-paced recruitment teams in various industries including IT, HealthCare, and TeleCommunications.
