After a nationwide search, LCMC Health has chosen Ms. Dawn Wright as the Chief Human Resources Officer. She will be an advocate for employees at the senior leadership table, the voice of the organization when interfacing with employees, a solid strategic business and tactical partner to the senior leadership team, an executive leader for the human resources team, an effective ambassador for the organization in creating the brand as the employer of choice, and an advisor and confidential sounding board to executives in the organization.

Dawn Wright will report directly to Maurice “Mel” Lagarde, LCMC Health’s Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining LCMC Health, Dawn Wright was the System Vice President of HR Operations for CHRISTUS Health, where she was responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategy and leading people-focused collaborative, cross-functional strategic system-wide initiatives resulting in significant improvements in key operations metrics.

Dawn earned her Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science from Concordia University, her JD from St. Mary’s School of Law, and her Master’s in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.
