Christian Miles is joining Hartz Search as our Chief Operating Officer with 30-years of health care industry finance, accounting, revenue cycle, debt ratings, and operations leadership experience – primarily in the ambulatory and health care insurance segments.  During the 30 years, he worked at KPMG in New York City, AM Best, Prudential HealthCare, Moses Taylor Hospital, Mercy Health System, and Trinity Health. For the last 15 years, he focused on financial and strategic turnarounds of multi-specialty medical groups and urgent care centers.  Prior to joining Hartz Search, he was the finance leader for five years at Trinity Health’s multi-specialty medical group in Columbus, Ohio.
Chris holds a CPA from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for more than 25 years, the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the AICPA/CIMA, and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mary LaFrancois is an Executive Search Consultant with Hartz Search. Before joining Hartz, Mary led Human Resources teams for healthcare systems for 20 years. Mary’s passion to recruit the best talent has proven to be a great fit in her current role. Over the course of her career, she has recruited and coached dozens of executives. Mary has an exceptional talent for building relationships, connecting with others, and forming positive relationships.

Mary earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Edgewood College, her master’s degree human resources management, Capella University, and executive coaching certification from University of Texas Dallas.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys being grandma, golfing, cooking, outdoor activities, watching sporting events and hanging out with friends. She currently lives in Florida.

Gabby is the Chief of Staff at Hartz Search. Gabby joined the Hartz Search team in September of 2022 and works out of the Charlotte Office. She is driven by Hartz Search’s commitment to honesty and quality service and enjoys using her hospitality background to provide warm, efficient service to client and candidate partners. Gabby received her Bachelor’s degree from UNC Charlotte and is Recruiter Academy Certified (RACR). Outside of work, Gabby enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her dog Noodles.

Kelly is the Search Consultant at Hartz Search with over five years of experience in hiring and searching for top talent. Along with her dedication and commitment to excellence, she quickly understands the needs of her clients and candidates. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. Kelly is passionate about her goal of surpassing her client’s expectations and assisting them in placing top talent. Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University, received her Recruiter Certification from the Recruiter Academy, and is a member of ACHE. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs, Bailey & Stella.

Callie Shepherd is a Talent Specialist with Hartz Search. Callie handles candidate coordination within Hartz. She is passionate about making life transitions as smooth as possible and helping others in any way possible. Callie received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2021 and proceeded to work at the UGA Wesley Foundation for a couple years post-grad. Callie enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, being an aunt to her nephews and niece, and watching good movies and sports – specifically UGA football.
