After an extensive national search, LCMC Health selected Jackie Rawle as the Director of Talent & Performance Management to partner with stakeholders throughout the System to assess talent/performance needs and gaps, execute strategic plans, develop and deliver talent and performance management initiatives, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent and performance initiatives.
Jackie Rawle will report directly to Stephanie Slates, the Vice President of Talent Development at LCMC Health.

Jackie joins LCMC Health from Ochsner Health System where she acted as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team to drive the people strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and process of change and transformation that will build stronger functional organizations capable of enhancing business performance. Jackie is a reliable and organized team leader with the ability to communicate effectively, coach, and implement change management within an organization.
LCMC Health is a nonprofit network of healthcare providers in Southern Louisiana based out of New Orleans. LCMC Health encompasses 9 hospitals with over 1800 licensed beds, 5 Urgent Cares, and a growing number of Freestanding Emergency Departments, partnering with over 2,791 physicians & providers to serve the patients of New Orleans and surrounding areas.
