After an extensive national search, Roper St. Francis selected Wendy Albertson as the Director of Care Coordination. Wendy will be responsible for the systems and staff that support patient transitions of care to ensure safe discharge, post-acute care placement, and continuity with respect to handovers to the ambulatory care setting.

Ms. Albertson will report directly to Dr. Mitch Siegan, Vice President & Chief Medical Officer of Roper St. Francis Healthcare.

Ms. Wendy Albertson joins RSFH with over 15 years of experience directing strategic planning, care coordination, budget management and staff oversight, along with utilization review and denials management. Wendy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Ohio University and earned her BA in Business & Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Malone University.
