HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Christy Daae, Director of Emergency Services at Baylor Scott & White Health – Irving in Irving, Texas.
In her new role, Christy will be responsible for overseeing the emergency services operations of the hospital, including planning, organizing, and directing its overall functions. She will also be tasked with developing both short-term and long-term goals and targets for the emergency department, ensuring that the hospital is able to provide top-notch emergency services to its patients.

Christy Daae brings her talent and experience to Baylor Scott & White from Wise Health Emergency and, previously, Texas Health Resources. With over 25 years of experience in nursing and leadership, Christy is a highly skilled and passionate individual who excels in numerous areas of expertise. Her specific areas of proficiency include leading teams effectively, implementing quality improvements, prioritizing safety and risk management, and working in a variety of settings, such as emergency departments, urgent care clinics, perioperative environments, and even the steel industry.
