Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Jamie Molbert as the Vice President of Pediatric Behavioral Health Services at OU Health!
After an extensive national search, OU Health selected Jamie Molbert as the Vice President of Pediatric Behavioral Health Services to oversee the operations of the financial, clinical, operational and patient experience outcomes for the Pediatric Behavioral Health service line, including the Behavioral Health Center. Jamie will serve as the administrative leader and work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Oklahoma Children’s Hospital to develop and implement strategies for achieving mutually defined goals of the Pediatric Behavioral Health service line. The Vice President of Pediatric Behavioral Health Services is a member of the senior leadership team and works collaboratively with leaders from the administrative staff, management staff, medical staff, OU Health Sciences Center and other clinical areas to advance the objectives of the facility.

Jamie Molbert is an experienced operations professional with over 20 years of behavioral health experience. Jamie most recently worked at Methodist Health System in a VP-level role as their Divisional Program Director, where he was responsible for all behavioral health services within the system, including 76 inpatient adult and geriatric beds, Partial Hospital Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
Prior to Methodist Health System, Jamie was the CEO of UHS – Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center, where he led the child/adolescent residential facility. During his tenure, the facility achieved full licensure with no provisions, successfully completed TJC survey with minimal findings, and received a 5-year certification from Tricare. Prior to UHS, Jamie was recruited to HCA Corpus Christi Medical Center to start psychiatric services in their medical system, successfully opened two units within the medical facility and assumed leadership of a newly acquired freestanding facility.
Jamie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Louisiana.
