PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Assisted with completion and analysis of monthly financial reports, presented financial reports to three different governing bodies. Led successful initiative to hire permanent Chief Financial Officer.
  • As requested by the system CFO, developed a strategy to develop competency among the staff of four accountants. A 13-point plan labeled, “Path to Excellence” was developed and initiated by the end of the third week of this interim engagement.
  • In collaboration with Bryan Health (Omaha) consultants, totally revised internal monthly financial reports and departmental responsibility reports. Quickly regained integrity of the monthly financial statements through Auditor, Bryan Health consultants, and CEO discussions.
