Julene Campion brings over a decade of Human Resources leadership in healthcare, characterized by driving impactful results in recruitment, talent management and organizational development.

Prior to joining HARTZ Search, Julene served as Vice President of Recruitment, Organizational Development and Learning at Geisinger. In this role, she collaboratively developed and implemented strategies to enhance recruitment, retention, and engagement. During her time at Geisinger, she partnered with executive search firms to successfully recruit over 100 executives into all disciplines across the integrated health system. Julene’s passion for connecting exceptional leaders with outstanding organizations played a key role in her decision to join the team at HARTZ Search.

Julene is also committed to shaping future leaders through her roles as an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and at Muhlenberg College Graduate and Continuing Studies Division. She finds immense fulfillment in sharing practical insights and fostering the growth of aspiring healthcare professionals.
