After an extensive national search, Saint Anthony Medical Center selected Alec Grabowski as the President. Alec will be reporting to the Western Region CEO – August “AJ” Querciagrossa and will work collaboratively across the region and market. Alec will direct all internal operations of the hospital/medical center while developing and implementing short-term tactics within long-term strategies that provide high-quality and cost-effective health care.

Alec Grabowski joins Saint Anthony Medical Center after serving as the Network Chief Executive Officer at Lake Norman Medical Center, where he was responsible for the overall performance of a comprehensive health system, including three hospitals, a medical group, and all ambulatory operations throughout the North Carolina market. As an accomplished senior executive, Alec has a proven track record of leading nationally ranked healthcare systems and hospitals. He has extensive experience in driving health system revenue growth while simultaneously enhancing access, throughput, patient experience, financial performance, and employee engagement and culture. Alec also has significant expertise in developing and expanding clinical and surgical service lines at both hospital and health system levels. He has taken ownership of large-scale campus construction projects exceeding $150 million and has effectively partnered with medical staff to lead the development, improvement, and expansion of services across hospitals, health systems, and the communities they serve.
Alec earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University and both his Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration from Georgia State University.
