After an extensive national search, JPS Health Network selected Kim Hodgkinson as their next EVP, Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the EVP, Chief Financial Officer is responsible for ensuring that the hospital maintains a strong balance sheet, leads financial performance, and maintains rigorous internal controls to enable the system to be the market leader in providing high-quality care for the patients and communities they serve. Kim will have the ability to influence change while driving improvement among a diverse group of leaders. JPS Health Network is in the midst of a historic capital expansion; reimagining the future of JPS Health Network. JPS is investing in the future of everyone in Tarrant County. Kim will be a major contributor to the Senior Executive Team in ensuring the new Master Facility Plan and projects continue to provide exceptional, high-quality and accessible care to Tarrant County.

Before joining JPS Health Network, Kim served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hospital Sisters Health System. In this role, she provided executive oversight of financial services, managed care, investments and debt, internal audit, IT systems, supply chain, revenue cycle, facilities, clinical engineering, and real estate.
Kim received her Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts from West Michigan University, and her Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College. She is a certified Chief AI Officer.
The Tarrant County Hospital District, known as JPS Health Network, is a tax-supported organization serving the healthcare needs of families in Tarrant County. JPS has 582 beds and is a Level I Trauma Center. JPS provides adult inpatient care at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, and offers comprehensive services including primary care, behavioral health, and pharmacy at more than 25 community locations.
