Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Kathryn Tees as AVP, Change Management at Memorial Hermann Health System!

After an extensive national search, Memorial Hermann Health System selected Kathryn Tees as the AVP, Change Management, reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent and Org Development & Learning.  Kathryn will be responsible for leading the Transformation Change Office (TCO) in the strategic assessment, implementation, and sustainment of change management efforts related to people, processes, systems, technology, and structure across the enterprise. She will plan, direct, and coordinate large to medium-sized change management activities in various functional areas within or across several locations.

Kathryn joins Memorial Hermann Health System from Kelsey-Seybold Clinic where she held the role of Director, Organizational Change Management.  She led enterprise-wide talent and organizational development, embedding change leadership into leadership pipelines. Kathryn brings a proven track record of establishing and leading a change management office, driving large and medium-scale transformation initiatives and equipping leaders with the tools to navigate change with confidence.

Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Texas Austin and a master’s degree in writing from the University of Edinburgh.  She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
