HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Kelli Reale as the new Director, Human Resources – Talent & Culture, at Roper St. Francis Health.

After an extensive national search, Kelli Reale was selected to create and implement effective human capital strategies, policies, and programs aligned to the organization’s mission and drive performance. She will identify, develop, and drive key human capital initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, workforce planning, strategic HR initiatives, and teammate safety by partnering within the organization.

Ms. Reale joins Roper St. Francis from the Southeast Georgia Health System (SGHS). SGHS has two acute care facilities with a combined total of 340 staffed beds, 1,500 employees, and $334M in net patient revenue. As a Human Resources team member, she was responsible for COVID vaccines for team members, patients, first responders, and the community. Prior to her role at SGHS, Kelli was a valued member of the Talent Acquisition team at Inova Health System, a five-hospital system headquartered in Falls Church, VA.

Kelli earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fordham University, and her Master of Public Policy & Management, in Personnel Management and Labor relations from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a Certified Leadership Development Facilitator and a Targeted Recruitment and Selection Behavioral Based Interviewing Facilitator.

Roper St. Francis Health, operating as a Joint Venture between Bon Secours Mercy Health and The Medical Society of South Carolina, is a 4-hospital integrated health system with 657 licensed beds, almost 6,000 employees, and $1B in net revenue.
