After an extensive national search, Baylor, Scott & White has selected Mrs. Belinda Farmer to join their dynamic team! Belinda will serve as the Director of the Cancer Center in Waco, Texas.

Belinda Farmer will report to Brad Crye, COO of the McClinton Cancer Center.

Mrs. Farmer joins Baylor Scott & White Health from St. Mary’s Medical Center, where she held the title of Director, Cancer Center from 2019 – 2022. She led a team of 4 direct and 56 indirect reports with a focus on service line growth and strategy implementation. Belinda is an experienced Cancer Center Director and a results-driven leader with demonstrated success in simplifying complex problems, designing and building sustainable functions, and architecting innovative solutions to achieve operational excellence in dynamic and complex organizational structures.
