Patrick Turner is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with experience creating, developing, and managing large recruitment teams in the acute care hospital line of business.  Patrick possesses a strong background in change management and the implementation of recruitment best practices.  Patrick has a passion, determination and the experience to excel in Corporate HealthCare recruitment in both non-for-profit and for-profit Healthcare settings and most recently developed and built a nationally recognized and awarded (Lean Human Capital-2017) HealthCare recruitment team within HCA.

Patrick is highly skilled in recruitment strategy, team coaching and leadership, executive coaching, budgeting, work force planning and change management.

Patrick will report directly to Nathaniel Sweet; Director of Talent Acquisition will be starting at Essentia on October 26th.
