Congratulations! Shouvik Chakraborty & City of Hope!

HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Shouvik Chakraborty as the new Manager, Asset Equipment, at City of Hope. After an extensive national search, Shouvik Chakraborty was selected to manage, develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide asset management strategy for City of Hope. The Manager will implement asset governance methodology for the Enterprise, providing high-level expertise to senior management on all aspects of equipment management.

Shouvik joins City of Hope from Prime Healthcare, a system with 45 hospitals and over 300 outpatient locations in 14 states.

Mr. Chakraborty has over ten years of experience in operations, process management, and strategic sourcing. He brings along with him his skills in leading cross-functional teams and implementation of growth strategies. Shouvik earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai, his Master of Architecture from the University of Buffalo, his MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, and is LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

City of Hope is a private, not-for-profit clinical research center, hospital, and graduate medical school located in Duarte, California, United States. City of Hope is best known as a cancer treatment center. It has been designated a Comprehensive Cancer Center by the National Cancer Institute and has been ranked one of the nation’s Best Cancer Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report for over ten years and is a founding member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network.
