Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Christopher McLaughlin as the Project Manager at the Cancer Center of South Florida!
After an extensive national search, the Cancer Center of South Florida selected Christopher McLaughlin as their Project Manager. Christopher will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion to improve the efficiency and quality of the delivery output – oncology services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, managing change, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, if applicable, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Christopher joins the Cancer Center of South Florida from Sinai Chicago, where he was most recently the System Operations Manager. Prior to this, he was the Administrative Fellow – Support Services at Advocate Aurora Health. At Sinai Chicago, he was responsible for direct onsite management of the daily operations of the facility operations and provided administrative leadership, data analytics as well as regulatory readiness in all functional operational areas at Mt. Sinai Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Ogden Commons or any off-site locations.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Augustana College, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.
