Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Dee Montee as the Vice President of the Revenue Cycle of HonorHealth.

After an extensive national search, HonorHealth selected Dee Montee as the VP, Revenue Cycle to play a key role in the education, development, and monitoring of Corporate Compliance policies and procedures and will organize and lead inter-departmental efforts to maximize operational efficiency, optimize reimbursement and achieve the highest levels of customer service. The Vice President of Revenue Cycle develops the vision and strategies to achieve best-in-class, compliant revenue cycle results. The VP interacts with clinical and business leaders across the organization to ensure optimal financial and patient experience results while serving as the revenue cycle executive for applicable financial system transitions and merger and acquisition activity.
Dee will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Lisa Montman.

Dee Montee is an experienced executive healthcare leader with expertise in large-scale integrated healthcare delivery models and strong financial acumen.
Dee has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in revenue cycle for health systems, prior to joining HonorHealth, Dee was the Senior Director of Revenue Integrity at Intermountain over seven states for four years. Dee earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Concordia University in Oregon, she is also CRCR-certified and CHC-certified.
HonorHealth consists of six hospitals in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Five of those hospitals have achieved Magnet status, the gold standard for nursing care, an honor earned by only 6% of the nation’s hospitals. HonorHealth has a large medical group with more than 70 primary, specialty, and urgent care locations, as well as participating in a Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO through Innovation Care Partners, a physician-led, clinically integrated network wholly owned by HonorHealth.
