MidCoast Health has recently appointed Dewayne Gaines as the Director of Materials Management after conducting an extensive nationwide search. Dewayne will oversee and direct the operations of Materials Management, property management, purchasing, and receiving to ensure efficient utilization, distribution, and maintenance of material supplies used throughout the hospital.Dewayne will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Dewayne is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain and Materials Management. He joined MidCoast Health from Granville Health System as Director of Materials Management.
Dewayne earned his bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Langston University and his master’s in management from Southern Nazarene University.
