Congratulations to Diego Lopez and OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center!

After an extensive national search, OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center has selected Diego Lopez as the Vice President of Outpatient and Ancillary Services. Diego will report directly to the President of the medical center, Alec Grabowski. In this role, the Vice President of Outpatient and Ancillary Services plans, directs, evaluates, and advances operations across ambulatory patient care, oncology services, radiology, respiratory care, laboratory services, and support services. In collaboration with hospital leadership, department management, medical staff, and governing bodies, VP, Outpatient and Ancillary Services establishes quality and service standards, strengthens accountability, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. The VP, Outpatient and Ancillary Services is also accountable for leading clinical quality outcomes, strategic growth initiatives, patient experience, mission partner engagement, and financial performance.

Prior to joining OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, Diego served as Vice President of Professional Services at Humboldt Park Health, with executive oversight across Radiology, Laboratory Services, Rehabilitation Services, Dietary & Food Services, Supply Chain, Transport, and the Humboldt Park Health Wellness Center. In this role, he led enterprise-wide strategic priorities and business development efforts, strengthened regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, and partnered closely with executive leadership and clinical stakeholders to advance service line performance and growth. Prior to Humboldt Park Health, Diego served as Director of Operations & Information Technology for Clarity Clinic and previously as Practice Director of Neurosciences at Loyola University Medical Center.

Diego earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
