Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Dr. Terry Webb as the Corporate Vice President of Pharmacy Services.

After an extensive national search, LCMC Health selected Dr. Webb as the Corporate Vice President of Pharmacy Services to ensure pharmaceutical services are provided with a consistently high level of quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and patient-centered care. Dr. Webb will be responsible for setting system-wide standards and making and coordinating decisions across all operating units and the continuum of care related to pharmacy.
Dr. Webb will report directly to the President and Chief Medical Officer for LCMC Health – Dr. John Heaton.

Dr. Webb is a highly innovative and strategic leader with a proven track record of making bold decisions based on facts. He is a problem solver, team builder, and lifelong learner passionate about improving processes and outcomes.
Before joining LCMC Health, Dr. Webb was a healthcare consultant and Vice President of Pharmacy & Medical Imaging at Adventist Health for six years. Before that, he worked at Scripps Mercy San Diego for six years, starting as a Clinical Pharmacist and becoming the Senior Director of Pharmacy, Lab, and Clinical Service. Dr. Webb earned his PharmD at the University of California, San Francisco, and his MBA at Drexel University.
