HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Heather Hebdon as the new Director of Case Management for University Medical Center, an LCMC Health facility.

After an extensive national search, University Medical Center selected Mrs. Hebdon as the Director of Case Management, responsible for the overall administration and direction of the Case Management Department, including planning, organizing, controlling, and directing all services and operations in the areas of care coordination and discharge planning.

Heather Hebdon joins UMC from Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, located in Baton Rouge, LA. In her most recent role, she was responsible as the Manager of Case Management for operational oversight with 24-hour accountability for both Our Lady of the Lake RMC in Baton Rouge LA, and Freestanding Children’s Hospital. Heather is an experienced and self-motivated hospital case management professional with 20 years of nursing and progressive leadership and patient care experience.

Louisiana Children’s Medical Center Health (LCMC Health) is a nonprofit network of healthcare providers in Southern Louisiana, based out of New Orleans. It is a nine-hospital system that includes academic centers, acute care facilities, and research hospitals. University Medical Center is an Academic Medical Center with 446-licensed beds, Level I Trauma Center, and is affiliated with LSU Health New Orleans and Tulane University School of Medicine
