Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Jennifer Lozano-Yohn as the Vice President of People and Culture at the Cancer Center of South Florida!

After a nationwide search, the Cancer Center of South Florida has chosen Ms. Jennifer Lozano-Yohn as the Vice President of People and Culture. She will provide strategic Human Resources (HR) and organizational development guidance to create an engaged and productive workforce through policies, programs, and practices. She will also oversee recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, employee training and orientation, and partner with the leadership team on HR matters.

Jennifer will report directly to Dr. Abraham Schwarzberg, the Cancer Center of South Florida’s Senior Vice President of Network, Development & Chief of Oncology.

Before joining the Cancer Center of South Florida, Jennifer Lozano-Yohn was a Regional HR Officer for Texas Health Resources in Dallas.  She was responsible for HR Operations for seven acute-care hospitals.  She led the people engagement and talent management initiatives, championed the change management initiatives, and developed strategic initiatives for workforce forecasting and planning.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s in human resources from the University of South Florida and her master’s in HR management from Webster University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Practitioner (SHRM-CP) and Change Management Practitioner.
