After a nationwide search, INTEGRIS Health has chosen Melissa Trujillo as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition. Melissa will develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring INTEGRIS Health’s competitive edge in the market. She will collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure that the talent acquisition strategy aligns with the broader business goals and sets a clear direction for the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes. In her role, she will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, create a seamless and engaging recruitment journey, and leverage data analytics to drive informed decisions.
Melissa will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer of INTEGRIS Health – Wendy Chandler.

Prior to joining INTEGRIS HEALTH, Melissa was the Director of Talent Acquisition for Ardent Health Services, where she led the recruitment strategy for non-clinical and allied health positions across the enterprise. She aligned talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals and drove process improvements that reduced time-to-fill metrics and improved retention rates.
Melissa earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Rogers State University and her master’s degree in administrative leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
