Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Mike Shaw as the new Senior Vice President of HR of Morris & Dickson.
After an extensive nationwide search, Morris & Dickson selected Mike Shaw as the SVP of HR to plan, direct, and administer all human resource functions for Morris & Dickson, including employee recruitment, staffing, compensation, employee benefit programs, performance management, risk and safety management, employee relations activities, employee onboarding, and policy management. Mike will lead the human resources team to collaboratively drive strategy and provide a high level of service while guiding and coaching employees in all areas of human resources.
Mike Shaw will report directly to Jody Hatcher, the Chief Executive Officer of Morris & Dickson.

Mike Shaw joins Morris & Dickson from Fairway Lawns, where he was the Head of Human Resources and was responsible for all HR operations spanning 48 locations and 15 states. Prior to Fairway Lawns, Mike was the Regional Human Resources Director for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits. Before joining Southern Glazer, Mike was the Human Resources Business Partner for Cardinal Health.
Mike Shaw received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity University and is SHRM Certified.
