Mitali has recently joined Methodist Health System after working for GlobalLogic. During her time there, she was in charge of collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to strategize, design, and successfully implement high-potential development programs. She demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development, and engagement, driving strategic initiatives to optimize organizational performance.
