After an extensive national search, HonorHealth selected David Potts as the Clinical Director of Employee Health to lead the Employee Health operational activities for the HonorHealth Network. David will provide creative solutions and overall direction and strategic initiatives for the Employee Health team.

Mr. Potts will report directly to, Shannon Wainman, Associate Vice President, of Medical Group & Employee Health of the HonorHealth Network.

Mr. David Potts has over 13 years of experience in Employee, Occupational & Community Health. David has developed service lines including employee screening, illness management, mass immunization programs in response to COVID. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.

HonorHealth consists of six hospitals in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Five of those hospitals have achieved Magnet status, the gold standard for nursing care, an honor earned by only 6% of the nation’s hospitals.
