After an extensive national search, Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital selected Gina Wuertzer as the Trauma Program Manager to provide daily oversite of the Trauma Program and is the face of their trauma services.
Mrs. Wuertzer will report directly to Ralph Rosignolo, the Director of Emergency, Trauma and Behavior Services at Sentara Healthcare.

Gina Wuertzer has over 24 years of trauma nursing experience working in large Healthcare Systems. Gina has significant experience and expertise in all aspects of trauma nursing, administration, and management, including but not limited to 15 years of clinical experience serving charge, triage, trauma bay, and educator/preceptor roles in an urban, high-volume, high-acuity trauma center as well every role within trauma program administration of a Level I ACS verified Trauma Program.
