Hartz Search is excited to announce the placement of Stephanie Slates as the Vice President of Talent Development of LCMC Health.

After an extensive national search, LCMC Health selected Stephanie Slates as the VP of Talent Development to lead the strategy and execution of all Organizational Development efforts that support the health system’s growth and strategic goals. Stephanie will ensure seamless operation of the Organizational Development function to develop and present regular reports to effectively communicate the ROI, impact of Organizational Development’s work, and outcomes. Stephanie serves as the main point of contact for corporate Talent Development and Organizational Development and maintains regular communication with all corporate and hospital-based stakeholders.
Stephanie Slates will report directly to Christine Albert, the Chief Marketing and Chief Experience Officer of LCMC Health.

Stephanie joins LCMC Health from YouthForce NOLA where she served as the Chief of Staff for the last four years. Prior to YouthForce, Stephanie held roles at New Schools for New Orleans as Executive Director of School Talent, Senior Managing Director of Talent Development, and Managing Director of Human Capital Investments.
Stephanie Slates received her BA in History from Harvard University, her MS in Urban Studies from the University of New Orleans, and her MA in Sociology from Johns Hopkins University.

LCMC Health encompasses 9 hospitals with over 1800 licensed beds, 5 Urgent Cares, and a growing number of Freestanding Emergency Departments, partnering with over 2,791 physicians & providers to serve the patients of New Orleans and surrounding areas.
