HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Art Guerrero as the Contact Center & Scheduling Director at Essentia Health.

Mr. Guerrero will provide overall leadership across Essentia for the business management and strategic alignment of all Contact Center and scheduling functions in support of Accountable Care Organization strategies and related population health management initiatives by partnering with leaders in Health Plans, Payer Contracting, Hospitals, Clinics, Physician Services, and Service Excellence.

Art Guerrero brings his talent and experience to Essentia Health from Adventist Health. Mr. Guerrero is an Innovative Healthcare Leader with over 15 years of success in evaluating and redesigning contact center structure and process to enhance the overall patient experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University Sacremento. Art was also in the Navy and went to Naval Surface Warfare Officers School and studied Naval Engineering and Gas Turbines Propulsion.
