Under guidance from the Talent Acquisition Director, Amber leads a team of talent acquisition professionals in the design, implementation, development, and administration of Essentia Health’s talent acquisition strategy. She will provide leadership and expertise to direct reports to ensure talent acquisition processes are implemented effectively. Nikol will evaluate the effectiveness and leads improvements to strengthen the talent acquisition process and metrics while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Amber Robinson brings her talent and experience to Essentia Health from Ascension in Jacksonville, FL, and has over 18 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. She is an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a demonstrated history of excellence in leading high-performing teams within multiple industries. Amber has excellent interpersonal, and business partnering skills with a strong ability to influence, collaborate effectively and build trust early on with the team and key stakeholders.
