After an extensive national search, LCMC Health selected Mr. Jon Gatz as the Chief Talent Officer, to lead and drive the transformation of the critical Talent Acquisition function into an enterprise-wide shared services model in order that LCMC Health can strategically attract, hire and retain the best talent in a highly competitive industry and market. Jon will ensure alignment with the CEO’s growth strategy, and influence and inform senior leadership on succession planning, talent acquisition initiatives, and strategies to attract best-in-class talent, working alongside them to ensure integrated talent planning while embedding the strategy, building its infrastructure, and securing the impact of elevating the function across the System.
Jon Gatz will report directly to Christine Albert, the Chief Experience Officer of LCMC Health.

Jon Gatz joins LCMC Health from Symplr (Lean Human Capital). Before Symplr, he was at OU Health in Oklahoma City, OK, for five years, where he held the title of AVP, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. OU Health is a 12,000-employee system partnership, 8 facilities, and 1000+ beds. OU Health is the state’s only comprehensive academic health system of hospitals, clinics, and centers of excellence. During Jon’s time with OU Health, he led functions through the divestiture of a Fortune 50 company, 2 Taleo implementations, WorkDay enterprise integration, two new hospital construction and openings, the Covid-19 healthcare staffing crisis, and two significant mergers and acquisition projects.
Mr. Jon Gatz earned his Bachelor of Science from University of Central Oklahoma, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahome. He holds certifications for the following: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter, Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (AIRS), Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI, and Professional of Human Resources (PHR) – HRCI.
