After an extensive national search, AZCCC selected Tara Lock as the Chief Administrative Officer. Reporting directly to the Chief Managing Officer, the Chief Administrative Officer will work in dyad leadership to oversee all aspects of operations, finance, legal, strategy, and business development. Tara will work alongside the leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategies that support the organization's growth and expansion while also identifying opportunities for growth and partnerships to expand AZCCC's services and patient base.

Before joining AZCCC, Tara served as the Chief Operating Officer at Carolina Kidney Partners. In this role, she was responsible for managing business development and new physician partnerships across three states. Prior to Caroline Kidney Partners, Tara was the Health System Administrator for Oncology at Medical University of South Carolina, where she was accountable for the strategic planning, service line growth, integration of new acquisitions/partnerships, physician and staff satisfaction and retention, program quality, accreditations, and overall program success. Tara brings over 20 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully executing strategic plans focused on growth and managing multi-location delivery systems.

Tara received her Masters of Health Policy & Administration from Washington State University, and a Bachelors in Business Management & Philosophy from Eastern Washington University.

After an extensive national search, Southeast Georgia Health System selected Deatrin Sutton as the Manager, System Financial Clearance & Self-Pay. The Manager of System Financial Clearance & Self-Pay will lead initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Financial Clearance workflows and operations, and the management of Self-Pay AR and Billing Customer Service operations. The Manager will work collaboratively across the healthcare system and clinical departments to develop, implement, and refine solutions that improve patient access, streamline revenue cycle processes, and elevate the overall patient and teammate experience.

Deatrin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from North Carolina Central University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Strayer University.

Kathryn brings a proven track record of establishing and leading a change management office, driving large and medium-scale transformation initiatives and equipping leaders with the tools to navigate change with confidence.

Kathryn holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Texas Austin and a master’s degree in writing from the University of Edinburgh.  She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

Lauren will oversee the day-to-day operations of patient registration, ensuring efficient and effective processing of patient information and admission. Lauren will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures that promote patient satisfaction, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations. She will also develop and execute projects that are necessary to support and/or improve patient access into the health system and reimbursement.

Lauren brings over 15 years in revenue cycle and is a dynamic and results-driven Patient Access Director with extensive experience in optimizing healthcare operations to enhance patient experience and maximize revenue. She has a proven track record in leading teams through the implementation of best practices in patient access, billing, collections, and insurance verification processes.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM).

He led the collaboration with Ascension Administration and clinical leads to develop an early feasibility analysis for project returns. Prior to Joining Medxcel he was in leadership roles with Pointcore as Vice President Healthcare Operations and then as OSF Healthcare, Vice President, Design and Construction.

Brian received his Master of Business Administration from Bradley University and his Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University.

Greg will be responsible for leading and evolving the finance and operations functions while managing the financial health of Cancer Center of South Florida (“CCSF”).  He will provide strategic business advice to executive leadership through financial planning and budgeting activities, risk management and participate and lead fundraising opportunities.  He will also be responsible for developing and maintaining internal controls, overseeing compliance and tax regulations, and managing overall financial statements.

His previous experience includes CFO at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO, and the Regional Finance Director at U.S. Oncology.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from The University of Colorado Boulder. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Amber joins Lake Charles Memorial Health System from HCA where she was the Market Director of Physician Services II for the New Hampshire Market. Prior to joining HCA, Amber was the Director Practice Operations for the Southeast Region of DaVita Nephrology Practice Solutions. At HCA Amber provided operational support for 27-multi-specialty and primary care practice locations with approximately 136 providers.

Amber earned her bachelor’s degree from Metro University and is a CMPE.

Lake Charles Memorial Health System was established in 1952. Today, the health system includes 313 licensed beds on their Oak Park acute care campus, 52 beds at their Women's campus, 42 beds at their behavioral health campus, and our outpatient clinic serving uninsured and underinsured at the Moss Memorial Health Clinic, and over 100 employed physicians and specialists that are a part of the Memorial Medical Group.
