After an extensive national search, Saint Anthony Medical Center selected Alec Grabowski as the President. Alec will be reporting to the Western Region CEO – August “AJ” Querciagrossa and will work collaboratively across the region and market. Alec will direct all internal operations of the hospital/medical center while developing and implementing short-term tactics within long-term strategies that provide high-quality and cost-effective health care.

Alec Grabowski joins Saint Anthony Medical Center after serving as the Network Chief Executive Officer at Lake Norman Medical Center, where he was responsible for the overall performance of a comprehensive health system, including three hospitals, a medical group, and all ambulatory operations throughout the North Carolina market. As an accomplished senior executive, Alec has a proven track record of leading nationally ranked healthcare systems and hospitals. He has extensive experience in driving health system revenue growth while simultaneously enhancing access, throughput, patient experience, financial performance, and employee engagement and culture. Alec also has significant expertise in developing and expanding clinical and surgical service lines at both hospital and health system levels. He has taken ownership of large-scale campus construction projects exceeding $150 million and has effectively partnered with medical staff to lead the development, improvement, and expansion of services across hospitals, health systems, and the communities they serve.
Alec earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University and both his Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration from Georgia State University.

After a nationwide search, Oswego Health has chosen Nikki Kushner as the Executive Director, Medical Practice. Nikki will provide strategic direction in areas such as the growth of primary care and specialty services, patient access, financial health and contribution, patient retention, and practice operations improvement initiatives. She will provide day-to-day leadership to the core functions within the medical practice, including business operations, patient access, and clinic operations.
Nikki will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Oswego Health – Katie Pagliaroli.

Prior to joining Oswego Health, Nikki was the Chief Operating Officer for Hunterdon Health, where she oversaw the health system’s physician practice operations. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Saint Francis College in Loretto, PA, and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has earned her Physician Practice Manager certification.

She integrated the Foundation’s strategic priorities and goals with the hospital system’s priorities and goals and led the communication with donors and the community.
Ashley earned her bachelor’s in communications from the University of Tennessee.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, managing change, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, if applicable, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Prior to this, he was the Administrative Fellow – Support Services at Advocate Aurora Health. At Sinai Chicago, he was responsible for direct onsite management of the daily operations of the facility operations and provided administrative leadership, data analytics as well as regulatory readiness in all functional operational areas at Mt. Sinai Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Ogden Commons or any off-site locations.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Augustana College, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.

TJ joins JPS Health Network from Intermountain Healthcare, where he was most recently the Region Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at SCL Health. At Intermountain Healthcare, he was responsible for developing a governance model that aligns joint venture strategies and operations with the system’s long-range strategic initiatives. The responsibilities also required developing a streamlined yet rigorous structure for collaborating with strategic partners (healthcare corporations, physicians, real estate developers, etc.) in the building and tracking of plans and budgets designed to demonstrate positive performance and to identify growth opportunities.
TJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University, and a Master of Science, Public Health from the University of Missouri.

At TriHealth, she was responsible for managing all facets of finance and Admin Operations for the division as it relates to accounting, accounts payable, billing/collections, patient accounting, annual operating budget, capital budgets, financial statements/invoice preparations, call center management, Admin services, contracting, technology, and Reporting.
Shawnta holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She also holds an MBA Leadership Certificate from Central Michigan University.

Prior to UNC, Julie was the Associate Chief Revenue Officer at University of Kentucky Healthcare in Lexington, KY.

The Manager of Benefits will develop, recommend, and install approved, new, or modified plans and employee benefit policies, and supervises administration of existing plans.

She started there as a Benefits Specialist five years ago, and for the last almost three years has held the title of Compensation and Benefits Manager, where she oversaw all employee benefits for the organization. URMC Finger Lakes Health is a hospital system that consists of two hospitals, one surgery center, four long term care facilities, seven primary care practices, seven specialty care practices and a college of nursing. Prior to URMC Health, Micaela was an Executive Employee Benefits Account Manager at Wells Insurance which is an independent insurance company serving the Carolinas for 100 years.
Micaela received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nazareth College of Rochester.

Hernando will work across the Geisinger enterprise (clinical, insurance, research, and education enterprises as well as traditional support service functions), driving complex, visible, system-wide initiatives to successful completion through metrics-based leadership of a skilled cross-functional department and in collaboration with a large and diverse contingent of internal and external stakeholders. He will lead a consumer-friendly digital engagement strategy, including a robust digital acquisition and retention portfolio, and oversee social media, public and media relations, and community engagement activities.
Hernando will report directly to the Chief of Staff of Geisinger – Amy Brayford.

Hernando also was the Chief Marketing Officer at New York Presbyterian Healthcare System as the Chief Marketing Officer where he led the marketing transformation to a modern and diverse marketing department.
Hernando earned his master’s in business administration at Stanford University and his bachelor’s in business administration from Villanova University.
