After an extensive nationwide search, Roper St. Francis Healthcare has chosen Becky Tucker as the Chief Financial Officer.

Becky is an innovative, strategic, and collaborative leader who will ensure RSFH maintains a strong balance sheet, financial performance, and internal controls to enable the system to be the Charleston area leader in providing high-quality care for the people of Charleston and surrounding areas. Becky’s responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies, initiatives, systems, and processes that optimize current and future performance.

This position also provides leadership, guidance, and direction to capital planning, financial planning, financial reporting, revenue cycle, accounting, reimbursement, and operating entity support functions through well-aligned coordination with the respective Bon Secours Mercy Health shared service leaders.

Becky Tucker will report to the Chief Financial Officer, Ambulatory at Bon Secours
Mercy Health, Eric Smith with a strong dotted line to the RSFH CEO, Joseph DeLeon.

Becky is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer.  Most recently Becky was the Market Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Ascension Health in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With Ascension she held operational and financial oversight of day-to-day multiple-site operations for seven campuses across northeast Oklahoma with a total of 762 beds.  Prior to joining Ascension Health, Becky was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance for Memorial Herman Northeast in Houston, TX.

Becky earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and her MBA from Oklahoma Christian University; she also holds a CPA.

After a nationwide search, Oswego Health has chosen Darla Higgins as the Director of Materials Management. Darla will be responsible for managing and supervising the evaluation, procurement, storage, and distribution of all supplies and equipment, overseeing the daily operations of the Purchasing Office and storeroom, and coordinating Group Purchasing.  Darla will direct and formulate procedures and policies to ensure materials and equipment are available and delivered when needed, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and identify and drive supply chain improvement opportunities.

Darla will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of Oswego Health – Eric Campbell.

Prior to joining Oswego Health, Darla was the Manager of Supply Chain Contracts for Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO.  She was responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain and personnel supervision, operational management, data management, sourcing and contracting, contract management, vendor management, purchasing/ procurement, and value analysis. Darla was responsible for identifying opportunities for cost savings related to improved product, service, and process standardization and utilization by evaluating the current level of supply costs and executing strategies for optimizing savings.

Ashley is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of revenue cycle. She joins TMC Health from UChicago Medicine in Chicago, IL. Ashley held the role of Executive Director of Revenue Cycle where she was responsible for defining a strategy with a focus on rapid improvement for optimization efforts and performance outcomes for the UChicago Medicine health system, Community Health, and Hospital Division. Ashey received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration from DeVry University.

Angie was hired to lead the enterprise transformation of the Talent function in the areas of candidate attraction, sourcing, hiring, onboarding, retention, development, succession planning, performance management and goal planning. She devised the talent vision, roadmap and national branding campaign to attract top talent from non-traditional hiring markets, with a goal of increasing the candidate pool by 20% for hard-to-fill roles. 

 

Angie Trunzo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin University - Ross School of Business. - Carroll School of Management.
