After an extensive national search, HonorHealth selected Khari Reed as the Vice President of Cancer Care to lead the oncology service line! Khari will provide clinical and administrative leadership and direction for Cancer Care services across the network. Khari will work collaboratively with operational executives in the acute environment to support and execute strategic programs and services within the service line. The responsibilities will include developing and implementing service line strategic plans, program development, contract negotiations, and ensuring the overall system-wide success of the oncology service line.
Khari will report directly to David Price, the SVP, Chief Growth Officer of HonorHealth.

Khari is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of oncology. He joins HonorHealth from UCHealth in Denver, CO. He held the role of Senior Director of Oncology Services where he was responsible for the Metro Denver Region, which consists of the University of Colorado Hospital (UCH) and three community hospitals as well as multiple outpatient clinics and surgical centers across the region.
Khari received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan. He is also a Fellow, Certified Healthcare Executive - American College of Health Care Executives.
HonorHealth consists of six hospitals in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Five of those hospitals have achieved Magnet status, the gold standard for nursing care, an honor earned by only 6% of the nation’s hospitals. Congratulations to Ms. Sara Daulong and Lake Charles Memorial Health System!
After an extensive national search, Lake Charles Memorial Health System selected Sara Daulong as the Clinical Director of Operations for Perioperative Services. Sara will provide will participate as a member of the hospital's management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision-making with particular reference to the department's role, functions, and operation. Sara will work collaboratively with the multi-specialty team regarding add-on cases, as well as changes to the Block Schedule, while having the ability to collaborate effectively with Surgeons, Anesthesia, Sterile Processing, Same Day, and PAT. The responsibilities will include influencing a positive culture, identifying those who are not onboard, counseling offenders, and making recommendations to create a healthy culture in the workplace.
Sara will report directly to Yvette Stanley, Executive Director of Perioperative Services at Lake Charles Memorial Health System.

Sara is a highly experienced professional with over 5 years of experience in the Perioperative Services, and 18 years of experience in Human Resources. She joins Lake Charles from the Medical Center Health System in Odessa, TX. She was a Perioperative Nurse whose responsibilities included the safety, planning, and monitoring of surgical patients. During her time as a Charge Nurse, she had responsibility over the evening and weekend management of OR activities, personnel, and coordination activities in conjunction with the trauma program, emergency unit, general hospital units, and the post-anesthesia care unit. During her time as the Education and Quality Coordinator, she was responsible for designing, implementing, and continued maintenance of the interdisciplinary quality processes and educational projects to enhance the full perioperative experience.
Sara received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Midland College, BS degree in Nursing Science from Western Governors University, and is in the process of getting her MBA from Western Governors University.

After an extensive national search, Lake Charles Memorial Health System selected Dr. Brown to implement best practices, develop strategic plans, establish relationship and rapport with all medical staff, set short-and-long-term objectives while overseeing and guiding daily activities related to the Medical Staffing Office. Dr. Brown is responsible for defining the overall clinical strategy and direction of Lake Charles Memorial Health System in partnership with LCMH Executive leadership. As part of the Chief Medical Officer’s duties, Dr. Brown is also the hospital’s Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that the facility meets all regulations set forth by governing bodies and completing all required reports.
Dr. Brown will report directly to the President and CEO of Lake Charles Memorial Health System, Devon Hyde.
Prior to joining LCMH, Dr. Brown spent the last ten years of his career rising through leadership positions with Presbyterian Hospital, the largest hospital in New Mexico. Dr. Brown started as a Medical Director for Perioperative Services in 2014, became the Program Medical Director - Surgery in 2016, and became the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Staff Affairs in 2018. As CMO and VP of Medical Staff Affairs, Dr. Brown improved patient and provider satisfaction and HCAHPS scores.
Dr. Brown earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University and his Doctor of Medicine from LSU Health Shreveport. Dr. Brown completed his residency in general surgery and his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Brown holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from LSU, Shreveport. He also has an executive coach certificate from the College of Executive Coaching.

Bill joins Keck Medical Center of USC after working for Penn State Health. Prior to that, he had worked at UCLA Health System for 14 years as the Administrative Director of Environmental Health & Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness. During his time there, he worked closely with the department director to develop a safety vision, plans, and strategies for the UCLA Health System. His primary focus was to ensure that the health system maintained a high level of safety while complying with regulatory and community standards.
Bill Dunne is an engaged leader organizing daily operations and growth of corporate-wide support services while developing global policy, plans, and training to manage large-scale incidents and crises. Bill is adept with 23 years of serving as a lead expert in the emergency department phases of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery, as well as business continuity planning and response.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.

The Director of Clinical Care Management will work closely with clinical staff and medical staff to ensure that patients are classified in the appropriate level of care, monitored during their hospitalization, and have an appropriate length of stay with a discharge plan to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Dionne joins Southeast Georgia Health System after working as the Interim Director of Case Management Services for Tenet Saint Vincent’s Hospital. Prior to that, she worked at the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center as the Executive Director for Case Management and Patient Throughput. Through her leadership, Dionne ensures patients have access to and benefit from quality care coordination services to ensure a safe transition of care, with the understanding that good care management and appropriate LOS management reduce costs, reduce patient harm, increase patient safety, and provide a better patient experience.
Dionne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Health Administration/Informatics from the University of Phoenix.

Jamie will serve as the administrative leader and work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Oklahoma Children’s Hospital to develop and implement strategies for achieving mutually defined goals of the Pediatric Behavioral Health service line. The Vice President of Pediatric Behavioral Health Services is a member of the senior leadership team and works collaboratively with leaders from the administrative staff, management staff, medical staff, OU Health Sciences Center and other clinical areas to advance the objectives of the facility.

Jamie Molbert is an experienced operations professional with over 20 years of behavioral health experience. Jamie most recently worked at Methodist Health System in a VP-level role as their Divisional Program Director, where he was responsible for all behavioral health services within the system, including 76 inpatient adult and geriatric beds, Partial Hospital Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
Prior to Methodist Health System, Jamie was the CEO of UHS - Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center, where he led the child/adolescent residential facility. During his tenure, the facility achieved full licensure with no provisions, successfully completed TJC survey with minimal findings, and received a 5-year certification from Tricare. Prior to UHS, Jamie was recruited to HCA Corpus Christi Medical Center to start psychiatric services in their medical system, successfully opened two units within the medical facility and assumed leadership of a newly acquired freestanding facility.
Jamie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Finance and a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Louisiana.

Charlie has won awards for his exceptional leadership, such as the Champions of Healthcare Innovation Award from the Times Free Press (2022), Thomas H. Stearns Medical Executive of the Year from the TN MGMA (2022), and the Rise Above Award from MGMA (2020). Before joining Galen Medical, Charlie was the Administrator at Springhill Physician Practices, and prior to that, he was the President at Advanced Physician Solutions.
Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is pursuing a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Alder University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a Certified Compliance Professional, and an active member in his local chapter of MGMA, where he recently finished his term as President.
