Brian fostered a strong collaboration between the Board and Investors to build a company that maximizes shareholder value and to help the company thrive for the long term.
Brian will be bringing his twenty-five years of cross-functional leadership experience to the team, as they work together to grow the company, while maintaining the same standards of excellence for which Ryan Hughes Design | Build is known across Florida and the US.
Mr. Koski earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from Fordham University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

After an extensive national search, Terri Doss was promoted as the new Director, Cardiac Services for Hillcrest Medical Center in Waco, Texas. In this role, she is responsible for planning, selecting, and devising methods, policies, and procedures for Managers and Staff employees to accomplish designated goals. Negotiate interdepartmental resources, communicate, and plans with various cross-functional departments to ensure an effective level of service to Nursing Units.

Ms. Doss first joined Hillcrest Medical Center in 2017 as a staff member and charge nurse in the Catheritization Lab. With her hard work and dedication to her teammates and patients, she was promoted to Manager in Cardiology Services in 2019. As Manager, she oversaw staffing, education, supply management, and payroll for Invasive Cardiology, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, Cardiology Nurse Navigation, and Neurodiagnostics. Terri also assisted with strategic planning for growing the Cardiovascular service line. Worked directly with Chief Executive Officer Charles Williams, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Umad Ahmad, Chief Nursing Officer Lajuana Jones, Director or Surgical Services Rebecca Hartley, Director of Clinic Operations Nicole Reynolds, Director of Finance Nicole Hogan, and Physician Liaison Emily Embry.
Terri earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is on her way to earning her Master of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.

HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Esther Lindeman as the new Director, Ambulatory Surgery Center at Essentia Health, in Duluth, MN. Selected after an extensive national search, Esther will be the leader responsible for the daily operation of the new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and building the ASC’s reputation with physicians, patients, third-party payors, and the community. Ms. Lindeman will initially partner with other leadership team members, developing recruitment plans, operating procedures, training new staff, and preparing for the new facility opening, scheduled for the second quarter of 2022, near downtown Duluth.

Esther joins Essentia Health from Summit Surgery Center, a joint venture between Ascension Sacred Heart and Surgical Care Affiliates in Pensacola, FL. Prior to Summit Surgery, Esther was with Pavilion Surgery Center, a joint venture with St. Luke’s and 36 partners, in Duluth, MN.
Ms. Lindeman has over 20 years of ambulatory surgery center and healthcare management experience. Esther earned her nursing degree from Western Wisconsin Technical College and her Bachelor’s degree from Viterbo University.

Dr. Michael Moxley, as the Vice President & Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Health Equity Officer, will be responsible for partnering with RSFH's Boards, Leaders, Physicians, Teammates, Patients, and the Community to provide leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that embrace and support the various backgrounds and cultures that make up the Charleston community. Dr. Moxley will serve as an advisor, bridge builder, strategic leader, and partner, enabling leaders across the system to identify and execute initiatives to effect lasting organizational changes. His role will support a unified strategy to advance communities' well-being to improve health access, address the social and environmental determinants of health, advance health and healthcare equity, and lead the community health programs within Roper St Francis Healthcare.

Dr. Moxley held several roles during his seven-year tenure at VHC: Vice-Chair, OB/ GYN Department, Vice Chief Medical Officer of Hospital Specialties, and Director, Virginia Hospital Center Physician Group – OB/ GYN. Dr. Michael Moxley has also served concurrently as the Associate Director, MedStar Washington Hospital Center & Georgetown Graduate Medical Education Program. Before coming to the Northern Virginia and District of Columbia area, Dr. Moxley served as the Associate Dean for Diversity and Medical Education for the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia.
