Patrick Turner is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with experience creating, developing, and managing large recruitment teams in the acute care hospital line of business. Patrick possesses a strong background in change management and the implementation of recruitment best practices. Patrick has a passion, determination and the experience to excel in Corporate HealthCare recruitment in both non-for-profit and for-profit Healthcare settings and most recently developed and built a nationally recognized and awarded (Lean Human Capital-2017) HealthCare recruitment team within HCA.

Nathaniel Sweet has nineteen years of experience at Saint Francis Health System, Ochsner Health, and Jackson Health System. Nathaniel has extensive experience in social media strategy, employer branding, sourcing, recruitment design and process improvement, recruitment scorecards, and behavioral interviewing. Nathaniel has a strong leadership background leading and developing large Talent Acquisition teams. His experience spans across the recruitment spectrum to include nursing recruitment, executive and physician recruitment, and contingency staffing. He holds a Master of Health Services Administration from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tuskegee University.
Nathaniel Sweet will lead the Workforce Development Strategy, further the build-out and optimization of the Talent Acquisition organization, and assist in implementing the ManpowerGroup Solutions Recruitment Process Outsourcing Program for Essentia Health. Nathaniel will report directly to Cindy Bacskai, Vice President of Talent Management and began his role on October 12th.

After an extensive national search, Doug was selected to lead the clinical ancillary services for JPS Health Network, a 578-bed, national award-winning, Public Safety-Net hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. The VP, Clinical Ancillary Services will be responsible for 6 Direct Reports and 600 Full-Time reports and will oversee all functional areas of ancillary departments, including but not limited to, Inpatient and Outpatient Laboratory, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Pharmacy services.

The JPS Oncology & Infusion Center is home to The Hope Team, a team of health care professionals dedicated to providing cancer patients with the best, most personal care possible. Now an accredited cancer care facility by the American College of Surgeons, the JPS Oncology & Infusion Center is nationally recognized for providing quality cancer care, especially accruing clinical trials.

Kitty Sorlie is currently the Nursing Director at Valley Health System- Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas. Kitty is responsible for Nursing leadership oversight of 235 inpatient beds for Medical, Surgical, Oncology, and Rehab. Her responsibility includes operational, financial, patient experience, and quality improvement initiatives for nursing clinical practice. She has successfully led Med-Surg hospital project to improve patient satisfaction throughout the admission and discharge process.
Ms. Sorlie is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a projected completion this fall, she has a Master of Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Science in Nursing to compliment her extensive career of leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving excellent clinical outcomes.
