Windley is responsible to develop and lead HR strategic solutions for major system-wide initiatives with $10M+ in impact, the largest projects impacting (2000+) associates, M&A implementation lead for a project, subsidiary, and segmentation strategy for business units.

Windley Gravatt will report dually to Natasha McGraw, VP HR Strategic Solutions and M&A, and Farraz Yousuf, Market President.

Ms. Gravatt joins BSMH from Westminster Canterbury Richmond, where she held the title of Vice President of Workforce Services from 2017 to 2022. She oversaw the Human Resources, Learning & Development, and the onsite Child Development Center. While there, she improved employee engagement in all areas with an overall increase of 6% to 86% engagement of staff. Windley is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive accomplishments in HR administration including strategic planning, policy and procedure design, recruiting, training and development, performance management, and team building.

Windley Gravatt earned her Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of North Carolina, as well as a second Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Will Showalter will be responsible to develop policies and procedures to provide timely and accurate patient care and business operations information that is secured and meets or exceeds all applicable internal and external privacy protection mandates; promote employee, patient, and physician satisfaction, budgetary compliance, and identification of departmental direction.

Mr. Will Showalter will report directly to Mr. Bill Masterton, Chief Operating Officer of JPS Health Network.

Mr. Will Showalter has over 20 years as a business leader with experience to achieve benefits realization in digital health and business strategies. He joins JPS from Wake Forest Health System in Winston Salem, NC where he was the Chief Information Officer from 2017 to 2022, accountable for all technology within the $3.8B system. Will has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Pittsburgh. He also earned his Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and his Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been recognized as ‘Health System CIO’s to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review every year since 2017.

Mr. Weispfennig will provide the overall leadership and management of day-to-day operations, quality and safety, strategic planning, board and all staff relationships, overseeing financial data, ensuring the mission and values are present in the organization resulting in a positive culture, as well as implementing operational excellence, compliance with federal, state, and local standards for operation and maintaining state licensure. He is accountable for strategic planning as well as administrative, clinical, and operating processes, including licensure and regulatory requirements. Mr. Weispfennig is also responsible for collaborating with, supporting, and developing Director/Managers and will have regular contact with Essentia Health Management, professional staff, and physicians.

Callen Weispfennig brings his talent and experience to Essentia Health from St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN, as the Director of Heart and Vascular Center. There, he managed 50+ providers and numerous support staff leaders, specialists, across the following programs: Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Pediatric Cardiology, Electrophysiology, CV Surgery, Vascular Surgery. Operations included St. Cloud and 21 regional sites of service (outreach). He had $56.7M P&L budget responsibility in addition to quality, performance, regulatory, patient engagement, etc. metrics.

Mr. Weispfennig is an Innovative Healthcare Leader with 15 years of success in evaluating and redesigning care delivery systems to better support patient care, regional partnerships, and communities across central Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Art’s degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Augsburg University.

Ms. Ann Bollone joins BSMH from Indiana University Health, where she held the title of Vice President of Human Resources from 2017 to 2021. She oversaw the Academic Medical Center based system with 34,000 employees across Indiana, with $6.25B in annual revenues. In 2019, Ann was requested by the CHRO to lead the HR enterprise resource planning turnaround project, she was accountable for HR and payroll implementation for Oracle and Kronos V8 (half of corporate wide ERP project) for Go Live 2021, and led the transformation of 30+ corporate wide HR policies to improve and minimize tactical processes for talent acquisition, core HR, benefits, compensation, talent management, and electronic learning systems.

Ann Bollone earned her Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology and a Business minor, from Eastern Illinois University. She received her MBA from Southern Illinois University. Ann Bollone is SPHR certified, a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, and a certified compensation Professional.

In his most recent role, he oversaw a centralized Talent Acquisition team that fills over 11,500 positions per year for an 8.3- billion-dollar enterprise comprised of; 31,000 employees, 14 hospitals, 150 ambulatory service sites, more than 4,200 physicians and advanced practice providers and Priority Health, a health plan with about 1,000,000 members served.

Mr. Van Duren is a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader with more than 15 years of progressively increasing responsibilities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his MBA from Central Michigan University.

Before joining as Interim ED, Emergency Services, Brenda served as Tenet’s Healthcare, National Director of Clinical Operation for Emergency Services in Dallas, TX. Brenda has over 20 years of experience in Nursing with 22 years of progressive leadership and management experience. 

Ms. Rocha has an ASN and BSN from Indiana University Northwest. She earned her MSN from Valparaiso University, a DNP from Governors State University, and an MBA from Indiana University Northwest.

Nessa Lomax is an experienced and dedicated Surgical Services leader with over 7 years of experience in hospital, clinical, and other healthcare settings. She is skilled in providing strategic leadership for facilities Surgical Service department(s) including operational, financial analysis, financial management, planning, customer service, employee engagement, clinical excellence, capital planning, and identification and development of best practices.

Kelly Ryan brings her talent and experience to Baylor Scott & White from Nexus Specialty Hospital in Shenandoah, TX, where she oversaw the management of quality, infection prevention and surveillance, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance, clinical analytics, and patient satisfaction.  As Quality Director, she oversights and manage all patient safety activities and adverse events, including incident reporting system management.  Kelly performed physician quality reviews, including OPPE, FPPE, and Physician Peer Review, and continues to focus on assessment of all system policies with validation of policy owners, recommendations for archiving, conversation system policies, or revision based upon the regulatory requirement with a reduction of 3% of policies within two weeks of project inception.
