After an extensive national search, Yale School of Medicine selected Mrs. Caponigro as the Controller, reporting to the Yale School of Medicine Deputy Dean, Finance & Administration, and a dotted line to the Yale University Controller, the YSM Controller (Director), will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership at the School of Medicine and the YSM business community to promote accounting integrity and effective internal controls.

In her most recent role at YSM, she was responsible as the Associate Director of Costing, to oversee space costing for the school of medicine including forecasting, budgeting, year-end actuals, providing analysis, and reporting. Jess is a motivated professional with experience in finance and accounting, specializing in cost and managerial accounting. She is skillful in leading cross-functional teams, process improvement, and finding solutions to complex problems to save costs and time.
The Yale School of Medicine is the graduate medical school at Yale University, a private research university in New Haven, Connecticut. It was founded in 1810 as the Medical Institution of Yale College and formally opened in 1813. The primary teaching hospital for the school is Yale New Haven Hospital.

HARTZ Search is excited to announce the placement of Julija Krajceva as a new Senior Project Designer at Ryan Hughes Design!
After an extensive national search, Ryan Hughes Design has selected Ms. Krajceva to be responsible for the successful execution of assigned conceptual designs from initial design retainer, execution to completion. She will connect with clients by understanding their lifestyle and providing an Outdoor Living Design consistent with that lifestyle. She will conduct client interviews to determine design elements applicable to surpass client’s expectations of their Outdoor Living Projects. Her primary focus will be to create conceptual designs for outdoor living projects consistent with the RHD Design Methodologies and Best Practices. Ms. Krajceva will also utilize and mentor Design Associates to create presentation materials for assigned projects.

Ms. Krajceva joins Ryan Hughes Design/Build from spending seven years with JWC Architect Engineer DPC, located in New York City, as a Senior Interior Designer and project manager. In this role she was in charge of of projects valued over $4 Million, bidding and budget proposal review and approvals, architectural drawings, and design layouts and graphic presentations.
Julija will be bringing her seventeen years of design and project management to the team, as they work together to grow the company, while maintaining the same standards of excellence for which Ryan Hughes Design is known across Florida and the US.
Ms. Krajceva earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY – The School of Art and Design.

Belinda is an experienced Cancer Center Director and a results-driven leader with demonstrated success in simplifying complex problems, designing and building sustainable functions, and architecting innovative solutions to achieve operational excellence in dynamic and complex organizational structures.

He joins JPS from PeaceHealth in Vancouver, WA where he was the NW Regional Chief Medical Officer & Patient Safety Officer for Washington and Alaska. He was accountable for St. Joseph Medical Center (250-bed Level II trauma center) and 3 critical access hospitals in AK and WA (KMC, PIMC, and UGMC). The northwest network generates $750M in annual operating revenue. SJMC supports 55K+ ED visits and 2K+ deliveries annually. Dr. Karlapudi has a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, from Christian Medical College, Vellore, India. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, IL. He also received an MBA in Healthcare from OHSU & Portland State University.

He joins Bon Secours from Atrium Health, an integrated nonprofit health system based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with more than 70,000 employees, 40 hospitals, and 1,400 care locations. He served as the SVP, West Market President, for Market development and led the operations of six significant facilities, including Atrium Health Cleveland, Atrium Health Kings Mountain, and Atrium Health Lincoln, across seven counties, servicing 550K residents.
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Fine and Applied Arts and a Master of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences, both from Appalachian State University. He earned his Master of Business Administration in Health Care from Gardner Webb University.

Dr. Killinger joins UMC from HCA Houston Clear Lake and Mainland Hospitals in Houston, TX. In his most recent role, he was responsible as the Chief Medical Officer for the 767 bed, multi-facility system comprised of a 547-bed tertiary care hospital with Level 2 trauma center, heart hospital, comprehensive stroke center, and level 3 NICU, a 220 bed community medical/surgical hospital, 3 urgent cares, and four FSED. He was also the Chief Medical Officer of HCA Medical Center of Trinity, where he led the program to top 5 in HCA for care excellence.
Dr. Killinger earned his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He received his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He then did his General Surgery Residency at University of North Carolina and his Cardiothoracic Surgery Resident at University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Killinger also holds an MBA from Brandeis University.
Louisiana Children's Medical Center Health (LCMC Health) is a nonprofit network of healthcare providers in Southern Louisiana, based out of New Orleans. It is a nine-hospital system that includes academic centers, acute care facilities, and research hospitals. During Jon’s time with OU Health, he led functions through the divestiture of a Fortune 50 company, 2 Taleo implementations, WorkDay enterprise integration, two new hospital construction and openings, the Covid-19 healthcare staffing crisis, and two significant mergers and acquisition projects.

Mr. Beasley will focus on developing goals and objectives while working collaboratively with other Health System departments to facilitate goal completion and efficient operations.

Mr. Chris Beasley earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Development and MBA from Bethel University.
Southeast Georgia Health System consists of 3 acute care hospitals, including a children’s hospital, 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities, a 200-member employed provider group, and a 70,000-member health plan serving a 6-county region in southeast Georgia. SGHS is also a GME teaching facility with 36 residents (internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynecology).
